I have the Ryzen 5 2600 and OC'ed it to 4.02ghz. I think the precision boost 2 helps the Ryzen 2xxx series very much. I saw my CPU jumped to a 5.7ghz on all cores, eventhough just a for a while.

However 2nd Gen Ryzen is awesome, so awesome that with PB2 / XFR2 that there's little to no need to OC already. |

QUOTE(goldfries @ Aug 13 2018, 03:13 PM) I think those stuff aren't enabled when OCed. oh, is it? because even after applying 4.0ghz then I played Far Cry 5 and ROTR, my CPU jumped to 4.8ghz and the highest recorded to 5.7ghz. I used HWMonitor..However 2nd Gen Ryzen is awesome, so awesome that with PB2 / XFR2 that there's little to no need to OC already. |
