Hi,

I'm wondering if someone has some property ideas for my search. I'm looking for a house or apmt/condo (not sure of difference but I'm referring to non-landed property):


Location: KL. Ideally around 30 minutes from SS2, no more than 40 minutes (duration without traffic)
Price: 1M (min) - 1.5 (max). It needs 1M minimum becos of foreign spouse requirement.
Size if House/Landed property: 3 bedroom minimum - Ideally 4 bedroom
Size if Apartment/Non-landed property: No less than 2000sqft, also 3 bedroom minimum - Ideally 4 bedroom
If Apartment: Between 5th floor - 10th floor
Garden size if landed property: No need any bigger than 500sqft is fine
Garden size if non-landed property: this is going to have to be a balcony, so a balcony no smaller than 150sqft would be nice
Age of property: New launches would be ideal. If already constructed, maybe nothing older than 5 years
Density: I'm not sure how to specify low density numbers...
Parking: for 2 cars
Neighbourhood: Preferably quieter, mature neighbourhood, professional/office/white collared. Family type living - not student or blue-collared worker area.
Security: Guarded and gated


Any extras like proximity of train station is a bonus.

Lol. Why today suddenly so many related topic threads.

Perhaps bukit jalil might fits your needs. 1M-1.5 can get upper market condo in BJ ady. Moreover BJ got a lot of new condos that are just built and new launching as well.

For built condo, can look up on The Rainz, The Treez, The Link 2 and many more

Try seringin condo at happy garden condo. Real KL address.

Got famous la salleh school.

Big size unit 3-4 rooms. Go for 1800sf above. Price Macam 900k to 1m above. Got garden unit somemore.

None of the unit smaller than 1500sf. Condo land size about 4-6 acres Macam. Total unit about 600 only.

Mostly surrounded by landed. Very mature area.
Opposite is bungalow area, with many high profile vip dude stay there. Macam pavilion boss punya abang also stay there.

I think building age about 4-5 years old? Quite new.

Minimum 2 car park and above.

Lrt seri petaling short driving distance. Future mrt 2 at Kuchai short driving distance also.

Go to ss2 place also about 20mins. Could be faster if no jam.

have u try hiring a property agent? pay them consultation fees so they work harder finding great deals for u.

Megah Rise at Taman Megah would suit your requirements. It's an upcoming project at the old Ming Tien food court. Established neighborhood with LRT connectivity near SS2. Pretty sure they have units above 1 mil for the large built up sizes. Otherwise you can consider Atwater at Section 13 PJ too which is really near SS2. If age of the development is not an issue, Five Stones.

You may consider the Reach condo at titiwangsa suit your requirement and budget.(1-1.5M)
