Chinese restaurant choices in Indera Mahkota are very very limited. The most you could get is kopitiam/food court.

Why don't you drive further a bit to town centre areas? More decent restaurants can be found there.

Try Swan Restoran, Grand Continental hotel in main town.
Halal Chinese environment, air cond, good atmosphere
