Hi, fellow specialists.
My Q10 II suddenly cannot function. It starts to boot, showing white "HIMEDIA" wording then go blank. Could it be the firmware problem, or something else? Thank you in advance for your assistance. |

Generally, I only use it to watch US TV series through BT download via USB thumb drive streaming. 2 hours a day max, it was working fine until recently. I tried to re-set, but Droid Robot showed " system error ". I think maybe my version of firmware update is not the correct version. Just check with you, where can I possibly find the right firmware for this model? Want to give it a last try before I surrender. Thank you again. |
