wanted to buy a budget TV (smart TV) for my rental house for tenant, in my mind got TCL, Xiaomi, Hisense, Prism.....43 inch to 50 inch will be good since my living hall is quite narrow, about 6.5 - 7 ft if I sit on sofa until the tv cabinet there. Budget around 1k+/-.

Any comments on these all? I heard Prism got bad review. Xiaomi Hisense not sure.....TCL getting famous lately.
