Did you receive any phone call for the bracket installation?

Nope not yet. I PM Shopee TCL cs, they say maybe system error. They say their own tracking still say in progress. So I am still not sure the status but money already received by them.

Just got a msg.. need to refer to the agent website to make an appointment... got mine on Monday.. waiting game again

mine C845.. hardware should be the same except for the mini led. Can't really make a comparison since my old tv is the (6-7 yo) old tech LED. So far fast respond just like any other modern spec tv. My ONLY prob is that it won't recognize my windows thumb drive. Already changed to exFAT format. Still refused to play. Temporarily had to connect to my mi box to watch "Arrr, Arrgh, Yarr, Gar" movies

C645 and C845 hardware is not same (even C755 not same).

Your (Malaysia) C845 is under "normal" SoC ...MT9615 platform......no Pentonic 700...

exFAT format TCL don't recognise. So, only FAT32 or NTFS.

Kernel version is always same, only date is changed.....Thur Sept 14 2023

Noted.. not really TV savyy .. as for thumb drive my earlier format is NTFS which is the standard windows format but still unable to read it.. will try and format again today

Bad news.. my tv acting out.. there's a flickering line at the pictures border when watching youtube or movies. Lines gone after changing the picture mode to movies or IMAX. Unfortunately not for other options.. Will contact TCL today. Anyone has the same prob?

factory reset and all lines disappear.. firmware prob?

I don't know which firmware you have before (and now also).
Supose to be OK, after factory reset from now on.....
