thank you for the feedback plus a great recommendations , now i got 2 models in my wishlist which is tcl c645 and hisense u7k ( both 55" , 120hz refresh rate plus hdmi 2.1 ) ..

i think hisense u7k 55" is alot more than rm3k

Just so you know C645 panel is not native 120Hz
As for Hisense, they always use a inferior panel for non-US market hence any great reviews u see on rtings for Hisense USA doesn't apply here

P636 is 2022 model, low mid range.

But is it good enough? I watch mostly 1080

wanted to buy a budget TV (smart TV) for my rental house for tenant, in my mind got TCL, Xiaomi, Hisense, Prism.....43 inch to 50 inch will be good since my living hall is quite narrow, about 6.5 - 7 ft if I sit on sofa until the tv cabinet there. Budget around 1k+/-.

Any comments on these all? I heard Prism got bad review. Xiaomi Hisense not sure.....TCL getting famous lately.

we'll just have to wait and see what comes out. but i dont think theres a big difference between c645 and c655

C655 (and P755) supose to come with GTV (Android 12) and new platform , 15W subwoofer at the back, etc...
Will be quite a lot of differences.
98C655 supose to be with Pentonic 700 SoC.

Not sure we will have C655Pro with FALD here.
