if you are used to low input lag display switch to higher input lag display you would easily notice it. duh from 5-15ms to a 40-50ms is a big different tongue.gif
for a few years using a 22" Acer FHD monitor for console gaming. bought a cheap 32" Haier HD ready TV. bought coz people say why buy rm400-500 monitor 22/23" when a 32" TV is for rm500-600 only. bigger is better but I was wrong. OMG I cant play any online shooter mp game with it. without getting motion sickness puke.gif
good for casual/leisure story based game. but not fast paced game. where every milisecond counts.
that why now I will look at spec & reviews of TV/Monitor before buying for gaming.

Generally, the higher the refresh rate, the better better it can handle frame rates and thus the lower the input lag and faster response time.

TVs have worse input lag and response time than monitors. But some TVs have Game Mode which bypass images processing and thus reduces input lag.

I dont see how input lag contributes to motion sickness. It happens to me regardless i play on PC on console, high Fps or low fps. I cant play FPS. Sometimes even 3rd person 3D can makes me nausea if spin around camera too much.

Then i will feels like vomit, fart a lot and needs to do big business in toilet.

Dont ask me why....
