Well, the phone sensitivity change from time to time. It does not mean newer phones are better than old models. So, it changes from time to time to design constraint.

From the list, so many huawei at the bottom @ poor signal receptions. no huawei honor nova for me.

Cellular receptions is weird. My place celcom, hotlink, digi, webe came from the same share tower with week signal indoor outdoor. Celcom/onexox, hotlink, webe no problem can stay 4G at 130 dbm  but digi dont happy always no service.

Only digi have to  put near windowr to stay 4G. Tried a few phone what can i say is digi 4G  dont like poor signal. But at 115dbm digi 4G can reach 30mbps speedtest @ 3MBps download speed

webe have many new tower 502153 mostly at main road jalan persekutuan. 50211 is old tower setup during tm go era.

It is all depends on frequencies used> This is what I have:
For 3G
Celcom 2100GHz
DiGi 2100GHz
Maxis 2100GHz
U Mobile 2100GHz

For 4G LTE
Celcom 1800/2600MHz
DiGi 2600MHz
Maxis 1800/2600MHz
Telekom 850MHz
U Mobile 2600MHz

As you can see Digi 4G is only on 2600GHz. Higher frequency has shorter transmit distance than lower frequency on similar transmit power. High frequency is also prone to reflection. Looks like webe has the best signal strength in your case. However, the lower frequency will have limited bandwidth, thus can serve less clients at any given time.
