Do applying yonex stencil ink on a badminton racket affects performance in a great deal ? I do know that these inks are applied on professional players and their rackets are sponsored so they change it all the time. I heard it affects performance, but just want to ask how much on a scale does it affect the string ? I'm thinking of applying it just for pleasure reason, but worried that it might affect performance, I applied before, to me it doesn't seem much of a difference, so hence asking for advice here. The ink i'm using is Tourna brand.

Idk if it's just me but I felt like my strings were hardened. Definitely had slight regret applying stencil because the strings felt off. (Maybe I applied wrongly but I used Yonex paint) Don't use normal paint/spray paint/other coloring because unlike proper stencil ink, they will harden in a way that your strings will break easily
