Dear guys,

I plan to keep my diet stable while maintain laziness. Any tips for blended veg/food which do not require any cooking?

So far here's what I did.

Broccoli + Cucumber blend + Carrot blend
Cucumber + Green bean + Carrot blend

You can add some fruits in the blender if you want but I don't know where you're gonna get your proteins and carbs if you're just gonna eat based on that. Maybe milk?

Lots of dishes can be prepared in a relatively short time if you're willing to eat bland food. Since going vegetarian, all I have to do is open a packet of tempeh, fry them for a few minutes and it's all good. Before this, I had to take the frozen chicken out of the fridge, let it thaw for a few hours then only I can cook it.

Avocado + coco powder / soy milk / honey / honey dew.
Frozen strawberry (ready packed) + plain yogurt
Frozen banana + frozen strawberry / coco powder

Why frozen? So I can buy in bulk and they won't go bad so fast.
Frozen banana, when blended, has a creamy texture. Just don't freeze avocado, it's awful.
