QUOTE(wkchee95 @ Apr 30 2019, 08:38 AM) plan to buy this phone, any cons for this phone? 1) Battery life is decent, i got 3-4 SOT (i have quite numbers of background sync so your mileage might be vary)I heard that the auto brightness is not function very good. How about the battery life? How many hours sot? 2) Auto brightness I never tried before as I set manual brightness 3) Great fingerprint scanner (mine is FCP) but for my sweaty finger, i need to clean the finger print scanner once in a while 4) Reception is ok, but no 4G+ in Digi ya, but i can confirm that the phone is 4G+ ready as I can get 4G+ signal when i travel to Thailand (Guess it is Telco issue) 5) GPS, quite good, never failed me, personal experience, I use it with Google Maps all the time when i travel to Thailand 6) Camera is hit or miss, need to have steady hand but the front camera with flash light so it can take a decent selfie in the dark 7) Software updates, i love this part very well Always get monthly updates from Google/XiaoMi, but some user report the updates screw their phone, and such thing never happens on me before, so your mileage might be vary 8) Battery charging, get a reputable USB-C cable + Quick Charge 3.0 charger and you are good to go, as the Quick Charge 3.0 is quite fast 9) Vibration motor could be a bit soft ( I am used to Nexus 6 with modded kernel where the vibration is damn hard & strong) 10) Accessories wise, you can use XiaoMi 6X case & tempered glass I can't really list out the cons specifically as I am paying a mere RM1K for a decent phone, so i can live with it cons This post has been edited by BladeRider88: May 8 2019, 10:59 AM |
