Last week still okay. I email them last week and they did reply. In fact, they email me 3 times cause I wasn't replying to their email.

This is how they "packed" my ps4 pro. How is this even packing..this is just slapping fragile label on the box. The seal was almost broken too. And this comes from lazmall itself.

The seller is Lazada. I read the reviews and expected it to be inside a box with cushioning material but no, they just stamp a fragile sticker and post it away..
