lol. malaysia banking system really lousy, cant handle too much load. when i attend the lelong seller talk last time, they said it best: malaysia m commerce nowadays is, seller ready, buyer ready, but bank not ready yet.

i purchase something ytd thru online banking, changed my mind, cancel, process refund, the amount showed up in wallet under "refund" section and i withdraw it back to my bank. it was just processed just now and status is success. havent reflect in my bank acc though since its just a while ago

if you top up to the wallet then amount cannot withdraw already, even if u use the wallet balance to buy something, cancel and get the refund, it will still be consider as deposit since u deposit the money in the first place. its to prevent people withdrawing by just simply buying something then canceling it

the refund section is solely for those who use online banking to made payment in the first place, it will refund to wallet refund section and u can proceed from there, this is to simplify the previous process which you need to fill in banking info back and forth through email
