hi, I have one order is pending for shipping, which will be shipped on Monday. Now I have decided to cancel the order because I found somewhere is cheaper.

May I know how long does it take of the whole process to get refunded to my bank account if I cancel the order? I have the only option to get refund through wallet.

Since the item will be shipped on Monday, am I still able to prevent seller to ship the item if I cancel the order today or tomorrow? Not sure how long lazada will take to inform the seller.
