Actually before this the Shopee voucher only excluded few 'logical' categories like vouchers, gold, etc, bought it every month and happily to use it every time. But not sure since when the tnc changed and I only realized it when I purchased the voucher few weeks ago. Too many categorie are excluded now, not worth to buy the voucher anymore.
