the seller didnt update the stock status, in the end need to cancel the order and wait for refund. How long it takes to reflect the refund in my credit card? my credit limit is low and I scare I cannot make it before SST comes. wtf seller

anyone has experience refunding from Lazada? It is been two weeks but my credit card still does not reflect the refund.

I ordered some item on Lazada and my wallet was insufficient money. So I clicked top up but after top up, I cannot pay my order and in my order it shows "TOP UP" option only.

I don't want the order to be cancelled because I am using RM500 voucher for that, I don't want my voucher to be gone.


Please help me, anyone faced this issue before?

Called the CS, she said the payment is undergoing but the system is too shit to process it. And the system only allows 1 payment to happen at the same time.
So I will have to wait for the order to cancel. Just Lazada being Lazada, if not for the RM500 voucher I won't even consider using Lazada again.

So just double confirm with u guys, I CANNOT CANNOT CANNOT cancel the order myself right? Else the voucher will be permanently gone.

contacted CS via live chat and via call, 3 times.

All of them just asked me to wait. I asked them, "Can I cancel the order and make a new order with the voucher, without my voucher going void?". They just asked me to wait. wth best CS ever, cant even answer a yes no question

Edit: any trick to make lazada process faster? They kept on telling me to wait 24hours to 72 hours. Why would I wait so long?

Really regret that I chose Lazada Wallet as payment, could've just used my credit card. So much problem and I can't even buy anything via the wallet now
