Lazada customer service now isnt helpful like last time. Seller advertised a product with malaysia plug (image in product details), but i received china plug. complained to lazada n they ask me to contact seller directly. If that's the case why do i need to buy from lazada, i can buy from seller directly

same case here. bought a product with product image that shows malaysia plug, but received product with china plug. complaint but lazada ask to return product. no SV.
