paid using online banking. payment went through but not long after that, got SMS from Lazada saying refund made and paid into wallet

i think it's their system problem. u'll just have to complete the pending order again but pay using the money in the wallet, and it should go through fine

happened twice to me. within half hour, got SMS from lazada saying amount has been refunded and credited into lazada wallet. so had to complete the pending payment transaction again but this time use lazada wallet

seems to be the new tactic to save time. no need to sign. for my case they ring the door bell and when someone comes out they just shout out the name and if correct, leave it at the gate and scoot off.
