for those who wanna use the OR11MBB code, you have to do it through the app

and you have to use MBB DEBIT CARD because credit card service is not available

when you're at the payment page in the app, you will see a notice written

this is showing for me on the app.

i switch to mbb debit card and it works

maybank amex wont accept RM transactions through paypal
