I bought 2 items from Lazada in 2 separate orders. Paid the more expensive shipping in hopes of getting it faster. They were like a week+ late. So i went and

But after they missed the last delivery date for the economy shipping they just refunded both items and marked the package as "lost" |

Just to update, Lazada told me to keep both of the items as they have already written it off as "lost in transit". They kinda implied that they don't want to know if i got the items as the case is already closed.
