I bought 2 items from Lazada in 2 separate orders. Paid the more expensive shipping in hopes of getting it faster. They were like a week+ late. So i went and rage checked with the live chat. A couple of days later both order refunded and marked as lost. Go make more noise at customer service and got 2 rm10 sorry vouchers and Rm8 store credit. On Tuesday the "lost" item arrived. LEX guy is the usual guy that drops off packages at my office, told me no need to sign because cannot find in system. Do i need to inform lazada that i received the items?

Rm8 is not the item value. Item value is around Rm130 both items combined. Rm8 is actually the extra Rm4 i paid for standard shipping. Rm4.90 and Rm8.90. So they first refunded me the extra Rm4 in store credits when they were late. But after they missed the last delivery date for the economy shipping they just refunded both items and marked the package as "lost"

Just to update, Lazada told me to keep both of the items as they have already written it off as "lost in transit". They kinda implied that they don't want to know if i got the items as the case is already closed. rclxm9.gif
