About the Lazada wallet first timer topup RM77 can get back RM77, anyone knows is this already resolved by Lazada? Did Lazada give compensation to those who bought at 7pm sharp? Mine still pending now =.=

Hi Sifus, I have some questions here:

1) How long is the maximum delivery time frame for vendor in Lazada until it is being cancelled by Lazada system or vendor?
2) I bought few items under 1 same order# by applying discount code. If one of my item get cancelled by system or vendor, how is the refund going to be? Will the refund being prorated?

Eg. Bought total RM300 (2 items: RM 290 + RM10) with discount code of RM30. Total payout is RM270 but get cancelled on RM290 product.

Hence, the refund will be A or B?
A: Get refund of RM 270 - RM9 = RM 261 (Prorated: Applied 10% discount (RM1) on RM10 product)

B: Get refund of RM 270 - RM10 = RM260 (RM10 product need to pay in full price)

Appreciate your advise as I ultimately is to get the product but not to get cancelled & refunded!
