Actually I was trying to use my another account to join the group I created but it said I violated something so I didn't use that particular account to join group or whatever - maybe that's why I didn't notice any difference since I simply didn't use that account later.

Got a question, I have a package cleared kastam but tracking says it will be hand over to LEX MY. Been hanging for quite some time. How do I contact LEX MY/Lazada to get it moving?

Logically a local logistic should pick it up for delivery.. Is it updated in your account which courier is arranged for the delivery?

That's indeed many days already.. Why not u try to chat with Lazada customer service via the live chat? See if they'd help u out.

Tried the chat, can't resolve because they switched to an AI CLEO. And I can't find their real person CS to chat to... That stupid AI just keeps redirect you to your order number, or just rediect you the FAQs page.

Hi Sifus, I have some questions here:

1) How long is the maximum delivery time frame for vendor in Lazada until it is being cancelled by Lazada system or vendor?
2) I bought few items under 1 same order# by applying discount code. If one of my item get cancelled by system or vendor, how is the refund going to be? Will the refund being prorated?

Eg. Bought total RM300 (2 items: RM 290 + RM10) with discount code of RM30. Total payout is RM270 but get cancelled on RM290 product.

Hence, the refund will be A or B?
A: Get refund of RM 270 - RM9 = RM 261 (Prorated: Applied 10% discount (RM1) on RM10 product)

B: Get refund of RM 270 - RM10 = RM260 (RM10 product need to pay in full price)

Appreciate your advise as I ultimately is to get the product but not to get cancelled & refunded!

My Softlan/Colgate/Glo order from Colgate Palmolive were cancelled due to 'Lost during transit' by GDex (already arrive at delivery facility)

Now I won't get the same cheap price eventho given same value voucher by Lzd Cs coz no more promo price

Most likely what happened was your parcel was damaged during transit. And the merchant don’t want to replace.

tried to contact CS regarding my order that no show... CLEO is useless, and live agents are always all busy.
