Phone them also vomit blood. My aircond which they claimed has been delivered on 14th Sept still no news, they say requested for proof of receipt from transport company but no reply. Call them 3X same story. Today scolded them, told them this is between Lazada & transport company, if they don't reply Lazada can hold their payment and not expect their customer to wait. Told them refund by bank in to my bank account. Wallet or credit or whatever the shit not acceptable because will banned Lazada. Threatened to report them also.

1 more question..would like to know..if the payment interrupted and i didnt manage to pay for it...will lazada cancel my order? or i can pay for it later?

Lazada now allows u to re-make payment after 15 mins failed payment, within 1 hour if no payment done will auto cancelled.
unless u choose 7-Eleven that gives 24 hours payment time
