Email asklaz about the cancellation.. cs call explain the cancellation, then i ask for compensation..

He callback the next day, offering sorry voucher rm10.
Then ask to fill in the feedback email.. i just give good feedback

RMA need to go there to submit and then collect one la. Standard practice what. Unless you're outstation buyers, maybe can negotiate a deal with them to deliver at your own expenses.

RMA is different from return. Are you talking about RMA aka warranty claims or return aka refund?

Huh? My exp with WD, HP printer, targus all they sent to me FOC once RMA approved..even ship from Viet, SG

All IT products RMA are like that what. I know hdd manufacturers used to deal direct with end users but even that also require you to ship it to them at your own cost isnt it? I RMA motherboards, monitor, speaker, hdd, lightning arrestor all also specify self collect one, where got FOC delivery to your doorstep?

i never RMA those u mentioned except hdd haha so yeah u got better experience
btw ship to them ofcourse we pay/pay first la right
ship back to customer is what schneck shared here

how lazada detect new cust or not? seem cannot use 'new 'cust' voucher twice even change imei & clear data. so advance their detection?
