Lazada's system will auto cancel your order if no progress over a period of time. Happened to me - ordered on Aug 27 with delivery date (Aug 27 - Sep 03), item is packed on Aug 29 tracking number) and status remained for next 7 days. Live chat with CS on Sep 04 and was given revised delivery date of Sep 04 - Sep 07, but Lazada's system cancelled the order on Sep 06. Still fighting with them to get back my 20% off (max RM80) voucher.

I just purchased a Harman Kardon Onyx Mini from shopee...
then, 6 days later then speaker kaput d...

I ask seller how to claim waranty but he keep drag drag drag...

who should I report to?

congrat to both.but there is no movement on my order till now. pay early 00.40am ,get nothing yet. but read that other pay on evening or night the same day,get it next morning.feel jealous

just got email.my air fryer order is received by uknown people...using LEX express. no such name .

faker courier staff...im wait at home nobody coming.then got notification my item is delivered name (mohd khairi sadun) .now where is my air fryer. this is not missing,but stealing!

is that driver name?

name of person get it. not driver. i ask around,nobody that name.

maybe delivered to wrong address

yeah CS just called me inform that the new ETA is moved to 21september. meaning another week. since so many public holiday .advice to keep waiting or cancel and get refund,i choose waiting because no more flash sale from xiaomi and waiting refund is another 5-15working days.

Crazy. That's exactly what they said to me too. And I have to wait because I bought when it was cheaper and got extra warranty.

Maybe I'll try pestering them again.
