Beware guys! Lazada wallet is untrustworthy! My RM70+  which get refunded after my order being cancelled, they didn't refund into my bank account, I thought it's OK as long as I am "holding" the money in Lazada wallet, but turns out it's already expired!

Fucking LAZADA! Anyone encounter this problem? Where can I make report to?!

would like to know the current lazada practice for return. When i click the return, its only siad that after i return the defective item, they will refund me only by lazada wallet?

i dont want refund, i want the seller to send me back the new item..

i try to chat with seller..they ask me to mail the item back to them?..so i use pos laju and send it directly to seller?

These is some new nasty "feature" introduced lately.. Before, they don't show up at the badge counter and easily cleared once you just open the message center area. Now? You have to swipe them away.. Swipe, then tap the delete button.. EACH AND EVERY SINGLE ONE!... I had about 40 on mine. Kept clearing the badge counter on my home and app screen. It kept reappearing. Logged out, uninstalled the app and re-installed.. Logged back in.. Same shitz.. So no choice, had to do manual cleanup.

Yea the badge thing is new. MCB! I have 56 need to clear one by one. Lapsap-da go die la
