Ordered a pair of sketcher shoes during pre-cny sale on 17-Jan, order status been on processing everying since. live chat CS just now, only to be told it is high probability order will be cancelled. Mind you, I order with the so called Sketcher Flagship store in LazMall.... Would have thought only those unsrupulous seller will do this sort of dirty tactics... put out low price to entice customer to click then cancel order.

Since their system error has caused me to lose RM1200 + preorder freebies , they sent me emails specifically wanting me to keep quiet with a RM 30 Coupon as compensation. Lazada is downright incompetent thesedays. Oouch, thats painful. I also had a sketcher order from LazMall cancelled 2 month back... LZD said out of stock, but i screenshot show them it is still in stock when they cancelled my order... just think they dont want honour the discount given during promotion. Out right dishonest.
