RMA is different from return. Are you talking about RMA aka warranty claims or return aka refund?

All IT products RMA are like that what. I know hdd manufacturers used to deal direct with end users but even that also require you to ship it to them at your own cost isnt it? I RMA motherboards, monitor, speaker, hdd, lightning arrestor all also specify self collect one, where got FOC delivery to your doorstep?

Delivery note is addressing me correctly but inside is totally someone else item and invoice. My hanger become green tea. I thought our packages was swapped thus I contacted the owner on the invoice. Who knows she received vermicelli instead. Same problem as me. I decided to pass her the tea and just write it off. Luckily I bought it during 150-45 thus I still save RM20 on my son Pediasure but this really paint a bleak picture for Tesco LazMall.

Damn... Watson really taking their sweet time to deliver those item on 10/10 sale.

Avoid Lazmall Watsons... I think they are waiting for me to cancel.

I think too many transactions. Like whenever buying air tickets during promo, if you use online banking, it will remain waiting for payment for very long time. Why not use debit card instead?

The stuffs that I desired, I couldn't wait for it to discounted or it will be outdated by the time I got it. The stuffs that I'm considering ain't getting discounted enough for me to even consider trying.

In the end, I just bought a Samsung Power Stick vacuum that my wife told me about which was being discounted, plus 2 Samsung convertible wireless chargers which I was interested long ago but couldn't bring myself to fork out the money to justify it.

So expensive?
