Hello everyone. New lazada customer.I ordered a pc cpeaker from edifier shop at lazada. the item is currently stuck at 'Your parcel has departed the logistics facility. [Subang Sort Center]' for 2 days. I am abit worried. Supposed to get before the 19th nov which is sunday but I think they don't work on Sunday?

Who should I message to get updates on the situation? The seller who is Edifier or message Lazada support?

Anyone notice the 5% wallet rebate notice at the mobile payment page?

I noticed that particular offer has been there even before the december wallet rebate campaign. There is no mention of TnC at that payment page as well.

I asked on lazada chat , they told me that the TnC is in the campaign page. But then the offer has been there long before the campaign page created. I honestly think that Lazada is tricking people into using the no-going-back wallet.

Due to the offer, i have used wallet since 11.11 and yet I dont receive any rebates. I honestly think Lazada is purposely tricking and derailing people with the notice.

Anyone else have the same thought? I feel like bringing the case to tribunal.

monodigital just cancelled my 12/12 order coz "no stock" and refunded into my wallet immediately.

just message them and ask them to cancel if they can't deliver.  that's what i did
