it is very weird when i check there no tracking number yet. but i did receive a pop up from lazada apps shows the tracking number. it seems i cannot trace back that number and must rely on processing status to get the tracking number back.

Call seller chat but was advised to contact Citylink Penang  branch courier direct. Called Citylink branch direct but no one answer the phone. What should I do now?
If I cancel the order, would they refund me full RM175 or minus the shipping fee of RM35?
