bought mattress from 11/11

been waiting my mattress for 16 days , the seller ship with ownself courier on 14/11 & lajada itself cant track the mattress at all... end up cancel the order...

no la, they use 3rd party courier the seller is eIegance c0ncept.

contact seller he told me item with lespada contractor, chat with lespada agent they cant track the parcel as well.

lespada getting worst, revalidation gift card need take so long & no compensation for the cancellation 😡😡😡

wasting my time & follow up everyday... lespada agent like merged with others country lespda....every agent different story...puiiiii😤
