First order was paid using lazada wallet, but both orders was cancelled.
my refunded amount go back to deposit instead of my lazada wallet refund section.
When ppl want to cancel order and refund, but u return back the money to deposits, which ntg we can do.
They are hijacking my refunded money and force us to spend.

If they packed the goods and ready to ship out also show under "processing"? My processing status has no further update since 11.11 -order successfully verified.

Cubic Pacific- due to 1111 event many order and committed to send out all order on 14 nov. Yesterday 15 nov said waiting lex go collect the parcel and ensure today will be send out. Till now i dont see the status changes from lex system. They can drop off lex shipment at any appointed mbe or appointed lex drop point.

Wow Phone- said need 4- 5 days to processing due to 1111. But my order already in packed status on 11 nov itself. Now they feedback saying process order 1 by 1 follow the order.

Such a inefficient seller and bad business practise. Just said lah no stock in hand and need back to back order once received purchase order from lzd. Teribble seller like not willing to do business. This kind of seller mindset, im doubt on their after sales service. Lackadaisical attitude!
