Looks like Man Utd in entering another abysmal season under Mourinho 3 year curse.

1. Paul Pogba looking to leave Man Utd to Barca. Reports saying he has already sign personal contract.
2. Anthony Martial unhappy and showing signs of wanting to leave the club though no suitors are reported approaching him for buyout.
3. No new transfers aside from Fred, Dalot and Grant which was conducted pre-World Cup. Fred is bought to replace Carrick, Dalot is bought as future investment for RB taking over Valencia, and Grant is to cover Joel Pereira whom leaving on loan to gain for playtime.

Not to mentioned that, there are few players looking on verge of exiting the club:

1. Marcos Rojo
2. Matteo Darmian
3. Anthony Martial
4. Paul Pogba

With this Thursday transfer window deadline, not sure if Man Utd can secure any transfer. They greatly in need of another real captain/dressing room leader like Rio Ferdinand/ Class 92 / Peter Schmeichel calibers or even player like Zlatan which has strong personality and able to gain respect from teammates. And if Paul Pogba is really leaving, they will need to find a real good replacement though I don't see anyone that can match his ability. Bear in mind that Europe transfer deadline is end of August which means that there is still possibility that players from Man Utd leaving after Premier League transfer deadline. Such negativity surrounding Man Utd this season around. doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

The 9/10 hype is most probably Kante. It was mentioned by Alex Witsel agent that Kante is Mourinho no.1 summer transfer target. Source : Link

Looking at the current transfer activity, there is most probably no more new transfers will be coming in for Man Utd unless they pay a absurd price just like previous years in the last minute transfer window.

It's time for Mourinho to regroup and plan for the season proerly with the squad he has rather than moaning 24/7.

I think you've misspelled "Bale" as "Kante"  tongue.gif

I don't think so. It would fit the bill quite perfectly so as Mourinho has been searching for another midfielder. At the moment, our midfield is just lacking so much even with Matic-Pogba duo and with that, I think Mourinho would want to plug that hole.

With the recent World cup performance by Kante-Pogba duo and previously Kante-Matic duo, it would make a strong reasoning on why Mourinho would want him. But it is just highly unlikely Chelsea would ever let him go after the Matic sale.

I wonder why so many people is complaining regarding Man Utd transfer when the market is just so scarce this time around due to the world cup season and shorter EPL transfer deadline coincides.

It just make things harder to accomplish and we did most of our business way before world cup even begins and quite successfully even if I may add getting Fred, Dalot and Grant. Getting 3 out 5 players that Mourinho wanted which represent 60% success rate is quite decent but maybe not good enough for a club like Man Utd.

And also they players that have left Man Utd (Carrick and Blind) barely even play last season which means the squad is barely even hampered at all for this season.

The biggest problem lies with Mourinho unable to find the best first-11 player for his team. Only De Gea, Valencia, Matic, Young, Lingard and Lukaku really showed that they deserved the first-11 spot in the team last season.

Would be really curious to see who will be the main first 11 of Man Utd this season. I only can see De Gea and Lukaku really keeping their spot this season with Young and Valencia aging (both age 33 this season blink.gif ) and Matic injured, Mourinho will have a tough job try to figure out his best first 11.

Haih.. There we're also reports of Boateng accepting personal terms. Macam mana? Did united even make a move for him in the first place?

From multi reports (eg: Skysport), Man Utd only wanted Boetang on loan.

I don't even think his a good buy since he has disciplinary problems and also hamstring issues.
