Actually in between baking you can open the oven tray and brush some leftover marinated juice or siracha for coating. Marinated overnight for best result. When i stir fry fajita chicken i always marinated overnight.

Based on picture, your chicken seems to be too near to the heating coil. Perhaps may wanna consider moving it lower or position your chicken away from the coil to prevent burns like that. Looks slightly overcooked too, the knee skin/tendon seems to have been shrunk, perhaps -5minutes next try? im pretty sure with that seasoning it would be yummy though icon_rolleyes.gif

I marinate it overnight. I think maybe it was too much olive oil and not enough sauce to make it stick.

It was positioned in the middle, 200c.

Actually, it was cooked nicely. Meat was still juicy. I enjoyed the charred skin, I like it crispy.

I like my cooking but I think it needs improvement.

since your chicken still with skin, can skip the olive oil from the marinate. if really want, apply it right before baking
this is because the oil forms a coat around the chicken and prevent marinate from seeping in

Add herbs. Dry or fresh like thyme or oregano. Taste 100 times better with herbs. You can add smoked paprika to marinate the chicken. That would be super delis.
