Michilin ps3 now still got new stock?
my father civic fb tyre size 215 45 r17 , stock tyre is ps3,
now want chg tyre, i call ask a tye shop they said still got new ps3, i think price is around 400 if not mistaken.
what i want to ask is , does ps3 still got new production since ps4 launch?
or he cheat me that the tyre is from before ps4 launch?

R17 now using ps4... 15 inch and bellow is ps3...

can go the tires shop and check the manufacturing year of the ps3.. i doubt it would be 2018... 16" above already replaced by ps4.. btw my friend just change somewhere at seremban 205/45/17 at 380/pc and i just change 205/50/16 380/pc at penang... so ps4 215/45/17 >500/pc big scam..

If you're tight on budget, I suggest you just go for Hankook V12 Evo 2 instead. The performance is at least on par with PS3 if not better! I know because I'm using both those tires now already. For your size, it should cost under rm300/pc like in example below:

Another option is try ask for the new Falken FK510. It would be slightly more expensive than V12E2 coz it's made in Japan but it should also be even better and yet still cheaper than PS3.

205 45 r17 380 is really cheap imo.

Try first before making any verdict! It's really an excellent tire and the best value for money now, seriously! It's excellent dry grip, also pretty good wet grip so it's well balanced performance, comfortable due to relatively still softer sidewall (similar to PS3), and it's one of the most silent UHP tire, surely more silent than PS3 despite being directional! Again I know this because I'm using both tires now, and honestly I have just bought again my 2nd set of V12E2 instead of choosing PS3. Not to say PS3 is bad but the V12E2 is just a much better value for money.

If you want asymmetric tires then as I mentioned above, try find the new Falken FK510. That one should be even better than V12E2, surely better than PS3 as well while still cheaper!

Not yet but this one has been tested and picked by Tirereviews.co.uk, a well known tire reviewer, as the top 3 UHP tires for 2018 just behind Michelin PS4S and Continental CSC6, ahead of GY F1A3! I actually asked the UK reviewer how this new FK510 compared with the older Hankook V12E2 and S1E2 and he replied those Hankooks are already very good but this new Falken is even better still! So yeah I'm targeting that tire as well for my next purchase, maybe sometime next year after my current F1A2 finish.

ps3 still got production for new batch.but the latest one is december year 17stock.have not seen the year 18 ps3 215/45/17
but since ps4 also less than rm 400 might as well get the ps4 lo.
