Need help from the warriors here, my guild has been downing Prince(proper way) with no issues for a few weeks now, the problem is that our 2 semi fury warriors are doing disgusting dps on Prince, at times less then the MT
Any help on dps cycles? or any advice that can help them?
our rogues have no problems, they can be among top 3 even with running in and out of the shadow nova

What does semi fury mean anyway? would my 8/5/48 spec count as semi-fury. If so your warriors need to respec for dps!

Sounds pretty bad if "dps" warriors cannot overtake the MT. Cant see a good reason why a reasonably skilled warrior, specced for the DPS (fury or even MS) cant overtake the MT unless they are standing at distance and plinking away with their range weapons.
In fact the main problem for DPS warriors isn't causing too little damage - its causing too much (and having no threat reducing talents) and pulling aggro.
Sounds like one or more of: a) They do not have the optimum spec for DPS b) They do not know how to use their spec for DPS c) They were drunk when the raid engaged the boss*
* We have one Rogue who occasionally seems to be mildly drunk but doesn't affect his raid performance - just more entertaining Vent chat.
Might be helpful to check their melee stats to see what sort of numbers they have, e.g. crit %, damage range, AP, hit%. It isn't particularly hard to do good DPS as a fury warrior if you have the right melee values - I would think it takes more concentration to optimize the damage output for rogues, especially dagger rogues.

lets see.... warriors need to hit stuff to get rage.... rogues energy will keep refilling even you're moving... and da boss hits so hard on your mt you have almost unlimited rage to keep up heroic strike the whole fight

Whether the tank have unlimited rage or not, a DPS class should NOT pass a tank on DPS, he should in fact be way ahead of the MT. I'm a MT myself and there are many times where the DPS is below me, or only slightly higher than me. This usually happen to pugs so I dont bother, but if it happens in my raid we will sit down and talk about it, then we can see improvements and now some of these ppl are topping me by a ton, not much change in gears too.

yea, its cos of quite a few issues, unlike casters or rogues whos mana/rage bar recharges, warriors dun get rage when running away at Prince during enfeeble
Also, with Prince focusing on the MT, the dps warriors dun get hit much, again gimping thier rage generation
I trolled the warrior forums, lotsa threads on warriors having alot of issues at Prince
