Hello guys, i need some thoughts

I have been doing a few videos and made some experiments to the videos i.e color texture, cutting videos, video sharpening and etc.

But, I find it difficult to get a sharp and crisp video image. BTW, all my editing is using Adobe Premiere Pro.

My questions:

- It is because of the lens?

- Any other ways to get sharp videos? i tried using the sharpening tools (in the Adobe Premiere Pro) but the quality is not there.

Here is my spec:

Camera: Canon 750D

Lens: Standard lens 18mm - 55mm.

Sample of the video:

Appreciate your thoughts and opinions guys. Thanks.

i got a video using same camera but video is quite sharp like watching a real movie, it's just that the person does not provide the spec of the equipment/tools used.

i will post the link later

Your composition is bad.

You want to show people your DIY, that means your hand and subject is priority but more than 50% of the screen is of the background.

thanks for the checklist

Lighting: Normally i shoot videos during the day, so i wont be using any lighting (just the sun light coming from the window).. so i guess that is the main problem

Focus: Mainly from the standard kit lens

btw, what do u mean by lazyness?

is not about what type of Light.
It was the direction of the light. ( everything looked dark and creepy in your video, you camera was facing the Light directly, should be opposite )

Focus, Is never about lens. Honestly.
I shoot with Mobile phone can achieved 3 time sharper image than your setup
You SHOULD NOT Invest on more equipment, unless you know how to use it. Is just wasted.

Lazyness.

Some scene you should have multiple shot, from different angle/perspective.
then, a Final voice overlay.

This one-shot-no-cut-not revoice-video is pure lazyness. if you want to start a better channel. no more this kind of shit.

We planed the entine scene. and reshot the video from different perspective,
and join together then a final voice overlay + some effect.

------------------------------

I am very disappointed, that you blame the equipment WHERE your equipment was an overkill for your current skill

The Lazyness was your biggest problem.

Just Buy expensive Camera,
Turn on Camera.
Start Record.
Then Upload to Youtube.

Then blame Lens not good enough...............

Look behind the scene.
