High class apart from the pricing wise cause some condo is more expensive but doesn't look or build as high class as the cheaper one (maybe due to location).

Any example of high class condos apart from those obvious one like Pavilion KL residence and those RM2,000psqf KL condos?

The renovation contractor of my apartment once said that he did some renovation works in some condo in Mont Kiara. He said that the people there are generally high class as you can't hear any noises from the units. Pin drop silence even when some families have kids. Perhaps it is another form of judgment to determine whether the apartment is high class apart from the value of the property - the noise that the dwellers make. Low class apartments usually mid to low cost ones are quite a bit noisier with shouting kids or adults alike, making loud noises in their units etc.

To me the definition of high class is the quality of the built, material, design and equipment used (high quality high speed lift etc). basically when you walk into the premises it just looks like you've just entered a 5 star hotel

Yes, that's right. The high speed lift is a good mention, usually used for taller buildings or skyscrapers over 30 or 40 floors. Though for some apartments, although the apartment doesn't look high class with a cheap-looking entrance, high-speed lifts may be used.
