skilled manager stay in that league.... got limited resource and fund, its about how to manage your sources to establish good team especially players with low salary or play for free and exposure of youth products.

EDIT : i love small part of epl only.. Christiano Ronaldo 7. Nice. he also player of the year. got good look. i don't care what people say about him. Leave him alone.
