Need help guys. I’ve haven’t received my card but in the apps it said delivered. Today I’ve mistakenly put my password on a phishing site camouflage as bigpay. Ive been calling CS after 6pm but to no avail still no answer. Anything I can do?

Guys, is it every time we wanna topup need to key in the msos code? Any other way to this since when at overseas usually I won’t be roaming.
