I'm still here. You have to understand that the system is unfair and biased in favour of credit card companies: they can charge a nice fee to BigPay to process credit card top-ups/transactions, but we legally can't charge anything to our users. Otherwise, it's probably what we would do - keep credit card top-ups and set up tiers with some fees charged to our users based on amounts. But as the system is right now, credit card top-ups cost us a lot of money. FPX/bank transfer top-ups don't.
What would you do if you were in our shoes?
If you're using BigPay just to game the system and earn rewards/cashback, we're probably not the right pick for you... and it's fine! It's a competitive market.

Why would have I been laid off? I've been dedicating the past 3 years of my life to BigPay. I've just decided to stay focused on my work rather than reading all the keyboard warriors give their 2 cents without understanding what's happening behind the curtain.
The main reason is AA as the parent compani is now in big issue due to recent covid hence they have to cut cost everywhere. This probably explains why other ewallets are not having such issue.
AA processing fees for other cc has been removed, besides good forex rate, what can bigpay bring to its users? tng has plenty cashback, grab and boost have points.
Think about that and good luck, bigpay might need to think of other new features in order to stay competitive.
