Good, is there a cap on the max. amount that could be withdrawn each time?

I recently tried to redeem airasia flight tickets through airasiabig app but was not able to topup additional amount using bigpay as the transaction seemed to hang with all big points deducted. I had to wait for ~30 mins to see that the booking was voided and all the big points credited back. Tried a few times without success so ended up using credit card to make the payment without any problem. Anyone facing similar issue?

I didn't try the airasiabig website due to limited time.

OK, thanks for the suggestion. I thought normally app will give better pricing.

Didn't know that there is a RM10k transaction limit for international transfer to Singapore, ended up have to perform 2 times transfers to use up the RM20k bigpay balance. I guess it's another way to earn additional fees for bigpay.
Daily international transfer limit is RM30k (meaning can transfer 3 x RM10k per day). No monthly limit.
