Anyone managed to withdraw 4K from HLB Puchong Jaya?

All machine can't with 4K...or there is machine limit daily?

does bigpay have bank statement?

AirAsia is giving me Credit Account for my AA account, but need to show bank statement for the card that make payment during the booking, which is BP. Checked thru the app, no such option.

Applied for 2nd card...1st November verified and reloaded..till today not yet received..

Even the tracking still nowhere..

Supposedly 5-7days should settle..Chat with CS also told me will check..damn slow...

im having problem to reload BP with my saved card.

Eventually, i removed all the card, and now, cant even add the same card.

Both sides denied any problem from their sides, and i can confirm all card not blocked by bank.
How to solve this ? confused.gif confused.gif
