My Manulife Insurance premium auto-debit failed recently.
After checking with the Insurance company, they changed my billing processing bank from HSBC to Public Bank, the premium was made successful. Anyone can confirm that HSBC credit card payment gateway doesn't support BigPay? |

withdrew JPY100,000 at Seven Bank in Japan on 9/11
Bigpay rate was JPY100 = MYR3.676 ATM Cash Withdrawal Fee = MYR10 Total: 3,676.11 + 10.00 = MYR3,686.11 by the time Malaysian's momey changer sold JPY at JPY100 = MYR3.71 The rate is still cheaper than Malaysian money changer. Well done Bigpay!! |

something to share, tried to top up boost with BP, here are the results:
RM1400 - redirected to OTP page, failed RM1000 - redirected to OTP page, failed RM500 - redirected to OTP page, failed RM300 - redirected to OTP page, failed RM200 - didn't redirect to OTP page, success RM100 - didn't redirect to OTP page, success RM50 - didn't redirect to OTP page, success just split your reload into RM200 each |
