short answer: no
long answer: subject to business needs, market conpetitiveness, and finally approval from BNM. RM10k is already stretching it, unless bigpay going for bigger, signnificant business and with even more stringent policies, processes, monitoring, reporting, put in place.
BNM compares with few things:
1) marketing competitiveness (anyone offering higher than RM10k?)?
2) business needs (why need higher than RM10k?) --- perhaps getting a digital bank license may indirectly given allowance for higher size? who knows.
3) customer needs and security (is it enough or need more systems/policies to protect customer's >RM10k money in bigpay?)
4) risks (customer fraud, merchant fraud, AML/CFT activities, etc) -- what are the systems/policies to monitor and mitigate this?
just because YOU want >RM10k doesnt mean it has any signifiance to bigpay's wallet size.
Well BigPay revolutionise the prepaid card market when they were first introduced.
I was hoping they continue with that. RM 10k is limiting factor for me, at least for now.

Just like the woman with Maybank case.
What woman with Maybank case? Can share more?
Maybank doesn't offer any Business debit card as far as I know. The only way to pay AWS bills is through card.
