How did you prove that the transaction made was not authorised by you.

The CS just now seems like saying i was the one who made the purchased since the transaction was made with my card no and cvv and i am lying. 🤦🏻

Anyone know if its possible to transfer SGD to MYR using Malaysian BigPay account? I'd assume not, since going MYR->SGD requires funding BigPay with MYR first... but never hurts to ask.

The website mentions credit card and debit cards in general. Logically speaking, BigPay Prepaid MasterCard can be used as well. Nevertheless, I would like to seek confirmation here, to be safe.
Yes, I aware that I need to pay additional 0.8% administration fee, for payment via credit card and debit cards, and it should be fine, since the online cashback that we gain (by reloading BigPay with PB Quantum MasterCard) is 5%.

1 reason: bigpay already gotten approval for Account Service Fee, but not imposed yet. this is why it's can be written in the PDS. without approval, they cannot put it in b&w.

that also means bigpay can choose to impose the fee in the future with advance notification to users.
compare to umobile gopayz prepaid card, they do differently.

Hi all, i just noticed that once a credit card is registered to "top up source", topup using that registered card does not validate the cvv anymore. I tested with multiple wrong cvv and the topup just went through.

This is kinda dangerous right? Did anyone actually know about this? What's the point of requesting to key in the cvv then?

I'm already a customer there but the BP card is new. I just register the BP card providing details like Card No., Exp date and security code. There is no OTP. I check my SMS again in case I missed it and can confirm I did not receive any.

Don't the payment gateway make OTP a requirement?

my guess is this virtual card applicable to BigPay Visa, not offered to existing BigPay MasterCard users (perhaps wait until renewal kicks in or voluntary get replacement with a fee)

of course you can use the virtual card from visa. the PAN is most likely different than physical card PAN, and both can work independently too.

My card has been blocked too. My card expiry is 09/21. Not sure if same reason as u.
