Got... need to try a few times... at first worried is kena block card... but try again 3rd time or 4th time ok ...

by any chance you know how long no use then start to consider monthly inactive fee?

i try to reload and it says got issue and ask me to contact my bank...then when i call my bank cc...they say no issue already from their side... so now need to check with bigpay...anyone got reload issue today? say error reload and ask to contact bank....

wow....looks like bank classify Bigpay as a high risk account now, i wonder what that means.... ewallet also can become high risk ah? must be the scammer now la keep on targeting bigpay user...sheeeshhh... biertrinker liked this post

you need to call already to inform you want to reload and they will temporary unblock for you... and yes...after that it works for me already but only try 1 time...i dare not do multiple top up already...

yeah...the problem now is i think it's a hit and miss...sometimes it's bigpay blocking..sometimes it's the bank...

wow, thank you so much for the update! now i get to xfer out some money inside to my bank as well...i still thought it's max RM1k per transaction and only RM2k max a month.
