lol, not sure. but i believe BP knows how horrible their CS are, we have seen Jon acknowledging it for the past 1 year, but it's not getting better. not sure what they are thinking about but it may be their own downfall just like the other AirAsia backed cards.

Surely there are more than 10k users and even just 0.5% of the users chatting with the CS, dont you guys think that it would inadvertently occupy all of them assumming there is 50 CS working on a weekend?

Plus, CS is a liability- they dont make money unless selling something. Please be nice. They did not cause the disruptions nor can they fixed it immediately. They are the bridge connecting the problems to a solution. Burn the bridge and ya gonna rot at the corner.

Anyway, With the frequent encounters on BP Downtime, it seems best to avoid top ups on weekend. Hopefully those are aware can prepare for this in future.

Can’t even add the card or enter tac, pop up message to contact bank. I have no issues top up to boost using the same card

i received OTP & keyed in the OTP as well but it show failed to top-up after that.
my BP account did not show the top-up amount but not sure this will cause deduction from CC ? as there is no way for me to verify now, CC side is not updated yet.
anyone experience before? just want to ensure nothing is deducted from my CC side.

I think this is new patch. I have updated also 2 days ago forcely from apps. This morning saw Google store having this update, I choose to proceed to update as I have one source card unable to used as top up source many weeks back (not the recent round update and issue you guys encountering).
