meaning they block ppl from duitnow out?

Tried too, same case.. pending > cancelled

it was a question posted by the user. when we asked further, no response (or ignored), so we dont know if he experienced it before or was asking if any block WILL occur

if it's blocked, you couldnt do any transfer at all la

if pending > cancelled, likely issue with DuitNow routing or BP backend issue to complete the transfer.

I think Duitnow and BP backend have no prob, cuz I tried Duitnow transferring to my own bank acc just now and it worked.

Possibly flagged due to suspicion. Try check email from bigpay got ask for documents or not.
Live chat or call them also can (number behind physical card)

Is your Bigpay card frozen??? i just did my transfer 21.08.23 and 1st try (maybe) due to my Bigpay card frozen i was unable to transfer out fund... later when i unfrozen it than successful...

yeah, one of the probably reason

freezing card also freezes the wallet

cannot send/transfer out
cannot receive

a bit inconvenient when you are expecting refund or transfer from someone

No love letter, I want to transfer out n stop using BP after the fee they going to impose, not worth to use for travel anymore..

I tried Duitnow to NRIC & Mobile No, both failed, P2P to my sis BigPay, n she also having the same error to Duitnow out to ID.


Normally I will check the card status b4 do any txn..

So, conclusion is BP might have issue on Duitnow to ID (IC/ Mobile number), but I Duitnow to account number then straight ok..

I was banned permanently by bigpay months ago, they asked for a lot of documents but it took 1 week for them to reply. Very strict yet a lot of charges.
But it's ok, i dont need them either, especially with the charges here and there recently.

Can it be done via app? Or there is a specific number to call. I'm planning to cancel it since it comes with 3% charges to top up with credit card and oversea transaction with 0.5%. I think BigPay essentially committing suicide with this move.
